[ Hearing Mitsunari's vow does little for his own emotions, as he feels them swell with joy at each word. For a moment he doesn't know how to start, fearful that he might be overcome with doubt or stumble upon his words but- he steadies himself, feeling the confidence he needs by looking into those eyes that hold so much warmth for him.
He inhales softly, takes Mitsunari's hands in his and finally begins to speak. ]
I do not think simple words could express how honoured and joyous I am at being by your side today. Because of how ephemeral this world is, it was never easy to imagine I would ever find any sort of stability here, let alone happiness. But I did, and I found it in you.
[ His heart is racing, but his words sound even more sincere as he continues on, never once moving his eyes off Mitsunari's face. ]
Being in this place allowed me to meet the one person I may never had had the fortune of meeting otherwise.
